Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Connectour Travel Company (“Connectour”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a tour, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via website, phone, email, or authorized representatives.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Full payment must be completed at least 15 days prior to departure.
Connectour reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received within the specified time.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

Tour prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
Prices are subject to change due to:
- Government policy changes
- Fuel price fluctuations
- Tax revisions
- Supplier cost changes
Any additional services not listed under “Inclusions” will be charged separately.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

If a booking is cancelled by the customer:

More than 15 days before departure – 50% of tour cost will be charged.
7–15 days before departure – 75% of tour cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days before departure – 100% of tour cost will be charged.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Connectour reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds shall be provided for missed services due to such situations.
Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs and required travel permits.
For international travel, valid passport and visa are mandatory.

Connectour is not responsible for denial of entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation

7. Health & Safety

Customers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect travel.
Connectour is not liable for illness, injury, accidents, or loss during the trip.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

8. Force Majeure

Connectour shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by:

Natural disasters
Political unrest
Strikes
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Any events beyond our control

9. Liability Limitation

Connectour acts as a facilitator between customers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, airlines).
We are not liable for acts, errors, delays, or defaults of third-party vendors.
Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid directly to Connectour for the service.

10. Code of Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully during the tour.
Connectour reserves the right to remove any traveler whose conduct disrupts the group or poses safety concerns.
No refund will be issued in such cases.

11. Use of Photos & Media

Connectour may use photos and videos captured during tours for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

12. Privacy

All personal data collected will be handled as per our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Shillong, Meghalaya.
