Day 1 — Kochi → Fort Kochi → Munnar
Heritage to the Hills
Arrive in Kochi, explore selected highlights of historic Fort Kochi and begin the scenic climb through the Western Ghats to Munnar.

Day 2 — Munnar Sightseeing
Tea Country & Mountain Views
A full day among tea-covered hills, viewpoints, lakes and selected local attractions.

Day 3 — Munnar → Thekkady
Into Kerala's Spice Country
Journey through Kerala's plantation belt to Thekkady, with optional experiences such as Periyar boating, spice plantations and traditional performances.

From Green Hills to Backwaters
Travel through Vagamon's meadows, viewpoints and pine landscapes before descending towards Kerala's famous backwater country.

The Signature Houseboat Experience
Experience one of Kerala's signature experiences with a dedicated Alappuzha houseboat day cruise. Cruise through canals, village landscapes, paddy fields and coconut-lined waterways. Return to your Alappuzha stay after the cruise for a relaxed evening.

Day 6 — Alappuzha → Kochi | Departure
Check out from the Alappuzha stay and proceed to Kochi by private vehicle.
Depending on the confirmed flight or train timing, guests will be transferred directly to Kochi International Airport or the respective railway station for their onward journey.
Planned experience: Comfortable private transfer from Alappuzha to Kochi with departure assistance.
Tour Status: 6-Day Kerala journey concludes in Kochi.
The 6-day journey then returns towards Kochi, while the extended tour continues south.
Day 6–9 — The Extended Coastal Journey
Backwaters → Coast → Cliffs → Capital
Day 6 — Alappuzha → Ashtamudi → Kollam
After breakfast, travel south towards the beautiful Ashtamudi backwater region. Spend time around the lakefront before continuing to Kollam for selected local sightseeing.
Overnight: Kollam
Day 7 — Kollam → Jatayu → Varkala
Depart Kollam and proceed towards Jatayu Earth's Center. After the visit, continue to Varkala and enjoy a relaxed evening around its famous cliff and beach.
Overnight: Varkala
Day 8 — Varkala → Thiruvananthapuram
Enjoy a relaxed morning in Varkala before proceeding to Thiruvananthapuram. Explore selected city attractions according to temple timings, traffic and available time.
Overnight: Thiruvananthapuram
Day 9 — Thiruvananthapuram Departure
After breakfast, proceed to Thiruvananthapuram Airport or Railway Station according to the confirmed departure timing. Brief local sightseeing or shopping can be considered if sufficient time is available.

What is the difference between the 6D/5N Private Trip and the 9D/8N Group Tour?
The Private Trip covers Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, Vagamon and Alappuzha with greater flexibility and customisation. The Group Tour continues further south through Kollam, Jatayu, Varkala, Kovalam and Thiruvananthapuram on scheduled departure dates. -
Can the private Kerala itinerary be customised?
Yes. The itinerary can be customised based on your travel dates, number of travellers, hotel preference, activities, pickup/drop points and budget. -
What is included in the package price?
Packages generally include accommodation, transportation, planned sightseeing and trip assistance. Backwater/houseboat experiences and meals depend on the selected package. Final inclusions will be clearly mentioned in your quotation. -
