• Vouchers are not valid from 20 Dec to 5 Jan and on peak/festival blackout dates, unless approved in writing.
• Voucher benefit is a discount/credit and not a guaranteed free service.
• Any amount exceeding the voucher value shall be payable by the customer.
• Vouchers cannot be clubbed with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
