About the Role
🚩QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or CRM (travel/tourism industry experience is an advantage).
• Proficiency in social media management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO/SEM practices.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, or equivalent platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing
• Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns across social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns to maximize outreach and conversions.
• Create engaging content strategies (reels, posts, blogs, newsletters) to highlight destinations, experiences, and promotions.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, optimizing for ROI.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce high-impact visuals and creatives.
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from prospective clients and nurture leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized travel recommendations and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Manage client databases and CRM tools to track interactions, bookings, and feedback.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries quickly and professionally.
• Support in creating customer loyalty programs and repeat booking strategies.
